Josh is the Chief Executive Officer of Apogem Capital. He is responsible for setting the firm’s strategic direction and managing day-to-day operations. Josh re-joined Apogem Capital in 2023 after previously working with the Madison Capital Funding team from 2001 to 2015. Prior to re-joining Apogem, Josh was with Vista Credit Partners from 2015 to 2023, where he served as a Managing Director. Josh began his career in credit investing in 1998.
